- Do not use solutions with unexplained cloudiness, colour change, or visible particles.
- Do not heat vials unless a validated SOP explicitly allows a temperature step.
- Do not shake vigorously to clear haze — you may denature material and hide a real problem.
Quarantine suspect vials, photograph, and contact verify@tararesearch.ie with batch/verify ID if the issue may be quality-related.
