Growth hormone–releasing peptides act primarily via the ghrelin receptor (GHS-R1a), a pathway distinct from GHRH. Ipamorelin is frequently cited for relatively selective GH release with less cortisol/appetite effect than earlier GHRPs in classic pharmacology papers — always verify claims against the primary source.
